The team

Three partners. One commitment.

A partner stays on every engagement from first conversation to the year of operation that follows. The people who scope are the people who ship. Bain, Accenture, INSEAD, Brex, Slack, IFC and Detecon credentials behind the work.

Managing Partner

Michael.

Michael leads strategy, architecture and client relationships at BridgeOne. Fifteen-plus years of enterprise transformation work across telecommunications, financial services and digital infrastructure in MEA and beyond — most recently as COO at Sharp Minds in Dubai, leading capability-building across a network of 700+ consultants.

Earlier at Bain & Company, Michael worked on NEOM's innovation governance programme, PIF's flag-carrier airline launch, and the build of the UAE's largest digital bank. Before Bain: Accenture Strategy, Delta Partners, and Deutsche Telekom's Detecon — where he led work spanning Telkom Kenya, Ethio Telecom, and CAPEX programmes across twenty-three African markets.

He brings the boardroom side of BridgeOne — the diagnostic conversations, the architecture defence, the executive workshops — and the discipline of a strategy career to the operating obligations the firm signs up to.

Zen.

Zen leads delivery capacity and workforce development at BridgeOne. Operator's mind, builder's hands. Founder of Gigmote — a global staffing and remote-delivery platform — and co-founder of a BPO business he scaled to 150+ FTEs and exited in 2025.

That operational background is the difference between a BridgeOne engagement that ships and one that stalls. Zen has stood up multi-disciplinary delivery teams across continents, integrated AI-driven learning into onboarding programmes, and worked with the IFC (World Bank Group) on impact-sourcing economics. Before all of that: Accenture's GTM practice for Microsoft, Google, Uber Eats and Hitachi.

He brings the answer to "how do we actually deliver this, and who does it" — for every engagement, including the ones that look impossible on the org chart.

Partner

Shonge.

Shonge leads adoption, enablement and outcome measurement at BridgeOne. Eight-plus years scaling onboarding, education and adoption programmes at Brex and Slack — two of the most operationally mature SaaS firms in the world — including the design of AI-automation flows using Zapier and Ada AI.

The hardest part of any AI engagement isn't building the model. It's getting the people who have to live with it to actually use it, trust it, escalate to it correctly, and report on it accurately. Shonge owns that side of the work — change management as an engineering discipline, not a workshop.

She brings the answer to "how do we get the organisation to actually adopt this thing" — usually the gap between a shipped system and a successful one.
