Enterprise builds.

Production AI for established companies that need the system to still be working eighteen months after go-live.

The default BridgeOne engagement — and the one most of our work falls into. A partner plus a team of two to five engineers, taking a use case from Scope through Build into Operate. Same names from first conversation to year-one of operation.

Best for

• An enterprise with a real AI use case and the appetite to ship it into production.
• A board, executive sponsor, or CTO who wants accountability for outcomes — not deliverables.
• A team that has either tried something internally that stalled, or needs senior outside capacity to do it properly the first time.

• A two-week Scope sprint, written up as a defensible memo.
• Production-grade build with evals, observability and governance baked in.
• A 6–24 month Operate phase — drift, retraining, cost watch, quarterly reviews.
• Written hand-back to your team when they're ready to own it.

Founder builds.

Concept to MVP for entrepreneurs who need their first product to actually hold up under real users.

Same standards as our enterprise builds — production discipline, evals, observability — applied to a different shape of engagement. We work with founders to take an idea from rough concept to shipping MVP, then either hand back to a build-out team or stay on for the operating phase.

Best for

• A founder with a clear customer hypothesis and the conviction (and capital) to ship a real product around it.
• An early-stage team that has good product instincts but needs senior engineering and AI craft to make the build credible.
• A startup that has tried the freelance route or an offshore agency and watched the MVP collapse on first contact with real users.

What's included

• A short Scope phase — sharper than the enterprise version, usually one week.
• Fixed-fee MVP build phases with explicit shipping milestones.
• Pragmatic architecture — built to ship now, designed not to be ripped out later.
• An honest "what would scale break first" memo at the end of MVP.

Embedded teams.

Builder squads seconded into your team for a defined mission — with a BridgeOne partner overseeing quality and continuity.

Sometimes the right shape isn't "BridgeOne builds the thing" — it's "BridgeOne builders work inside your team, on your roadmap, with your engineers, to a specific mission." For clients with internal engineering capacity that needs reinforcement, not replacement.

Unlike a staffing agency, every embedded engagement has a BridgeOne partner sitting above it. Quality is our responsibility, not yours. If the embedded builder isn't right, we replace them — that's our problem, not yours.

Executive workshops, board-level POVs, and capability assessments — for when the question is "do we even build this?"

Sometimes the right outcome isn't a build at all. Sometimes the leadership team needs a frank, structured conversation about where AI sits in the business, what's actually shippable in the next twelve months, and where the gap between ambition and operating reality lives. We do that work too — fixed-fee, sharp, and with no follow-on sales pressure.

The advisory engagements that lead to a build, lead to a build. The ones that don't, don't — and we leave with the relationship intact. We'd rather earn the next engagement on the strength of the first than push for a build that shouldn't happen.

• A leadership offsite where the AI conversation needs to be facilitated, not just attended.
