Within 7 working days
A 45-minute call.
If both sides see a fit, we book a working call — not a sales pitch. We come prepared. You should come prepared. By the end of it, we'll have agreed whether a Scope sprint makes sense, what a different next step might look like, or that we're not the right partner for this.
Within 3 weeks
You have a written Scope memo — or a clear "not now."
If we move to a Scope sprint, you have a defensible written memo at the end. If we don't, you have a clear written explanation of why — and an honest recommendation about who might be a better fit, where we know of one.
