The best AI partnerships combine strategy credibility with genuine technical delivery. That's what we've spent 15 years building.
The best AI partnerships combine strategy credibility with genuine technical delivery. That's what we've spent 15 years building.
The AI consulting market is split in two. On one side, strategy firms that produce beautiful roadmaps — 40-page decks that gather dust while 40% of transformations stall in the scaling phase. On the other, technical shops that can code but can't hold a boardroom conversation.
Neither serves the enterprise that needs both. We founded BridgeOne Digital to be different — a firm that gives you boardroom-grade strategy married to genuine engineering rigour, led by founders who have done both at scale.
We believe the best AI partner doesn't hand you a roadmap and walk away. They stay through delivery. They measure success by what's running in production, not by slides produced or workshops completed. And they bring enough technical depth to understand what's actually possible in your environment, given your constraints.

Before founding BridgeOne Digital, Shongedzai led Customer Success and Experience teams at Brex and Slack, advising high-growth SaaS organisations on customer operations, AI-powered workflow design, and scalable go-to-market across North America.
Shongedzai also brings deep expertise as an automation strategist — designing and deploying intelligent workflows that connect customer signals to retention outcomes, reduce operational friction, and enable teams to scale without adding headcount.
Before founding BridgeOne Digital, Zen co-founded 263Hub, a Zimbabwe-based BPO specialising in healthcare and software development, scaling the business from inception to a strategic founder-led exit in 2025. Earlier, Zen served as a Go-To-Market Specialist at Accenture, working directly with Microsoft, Google, Uber Eats, and Hitachi on commercial activation, market entry strategy, and large-scale GTM execution across multiple geographies.
Zen is also Founder of Gigmote LLC — a global staffing and remote BPO platform connecting high-growth organisations with exceptional remote talent, with a particular focus on Africa's emerging technology workforce.
We partner with enterprises that want strategy with delivery attached.
